The founder of Scary Cow
Jager McConnell founded Scary Cow back in early 2006. Jager's vision was to create a community based film co-op with an emphasis on a "learning by doing" philosophy. By working together, pooling resources, and challenging the generally accepted ways of how films should be made, Scary Cow is hoping to break out of Hollywood's shadow. Scary Cow is now one of the largest film co-ops in California creating over 42 films last year alone. Jager was born in London, grew up in New England, and has loved living in San Francisco since 2000.
