Tickets on Sale for Scary Cow Film Festival and 2nd Anniversary Party!

(San Francisco) Scary Cow is pulling out all the stops and having our 7th Round Screening and our 2nd Anniversary Party at the Castro Theatre in San Francisco! We proudly invite you to take part of this historic event in Scary Cow's history! We'll be screening a series of short films and, as always, we'll be asking YOU to help us decide the best films. Based on your votes, budgets will be assigned to teams to help encourage our best films. Come find out what Scary Cow is all about.

This is a great way to support LOCAL Bay Area filmmakers. Everyone is pooling their skills, equipment, and resources to get these films made (and screened). All money raised from this screening will help fund future local films.

On February 7th, 2009, the screening will begin at 3pm (Doors open at 2:30pm). It will start with "Phase 1" films - or films made by teams that did not receive budget dollars. There will be an intermission then we'll have the "Phase 2" films - or films that had the benefit of funding dollars. Afterwards we'll have a party upstairs in the Castro where complimentary beverages (martinis, champagne, beer, and wine) will be served. We'll also announce the winners of the screening at this party. We hope to see you there!
